WHY DID I GO INTO MY PROFESSION?

I was always much more interested in math and science than other subjects in school.  I went to Hutch Tech high which was geared towards engineering. From there I decided to continue on that track and settled on Civil Engineering at UB. I viewed that as a field that would continue to be in demand as it encompassed design of new to rehabilitation of necessary infrastructure including roads, sewers and water systems.

IF I COULD DO ANYTHING ELSE, WHAT WOULD IT BE?

During my middle school years and most of high school I was in the Civil Air Patrol and used to enjoy flying. I seriously considered becoming a pilot. I still love the smell of jet fuel.
